Direct bank transfer payment

For direct bank transfer payments we also require your postal address to send the "Sustainability Challenge Package" and Bonus yearly subscription and receipt number of your bank transaction. When you receive the email sent to you by aweber there will be a form which you can fill out with your postal address and your banks receipt No. of the payment. Also in the attached email will be contact details if wish to contact "Toward Sustainable Futures" for further information.
